Ask our tenants what we’re like as a landlord and they’ll probably say we’re not like any landlord they know. That’s because we think that the traditional tenant-landlord relationship should be consigned to the past. For us, partnership is the way forward: not just because it’s a nicer way of working, but because it makes perfect commercial sense for everyone. After all, when our tenants thrive, we do too.
Our spaces include offices, workshops, manufacturing plants, retail spaces, warehousing and artists’ studios. We can even modify a site, resize its rooms, or install any special facilities like bespoke plumbing and lighting.
We support tenants at every stage of their lifecycle too, from new start-ups to well-established businesses, and we can help them with advice, marketing and even a free listing right here on our own website. Last but not least, we’re conveniently based on one of our own sites, so we’re easy to reach and quick to respond if ever a tenant does need our help.
