Topland Country Business Park

Topland occupies a stunning rural setting with greenery and hills all around, but you will be amazed by how easy it is to reach from local areas, the M62 motorway, and even two international airports.

As well as plenty of picnic tables, there’s a friendly café and sandwich shop located on site, also available for catering at events. This peaceful location is also inspirational: little wonder it’s a popular choice with our arts & crafts tenants as well as those in manufacturing and warehousing.

Easy to reach We’re just 20 minutes from the M62 and halfway between Leeds and Manchester, with easy access even for HGVs. Alternatively, there are regular trains to Mytholmroyd and two international airports within 40 miles. We’re great for commuters too, with excellent local public transport, free parking, and scenic paths for walkers and cyclists.

Ready for anything Whatever the weather does, we don’t stop. We’re out of the flood zone, which means lower risk and lower insurance premiums, and our private snowplough, gritter and backup generators mean we’re immune to even the worst of the winter weather.

Safe, connected and functional We keep our buildings and grounds in excellent condition, from structural repairs or making sure heating, plumbing and ventilation work perfectly, right through to interior decorating.

One of the family There’s a culture of inclusion on our sites, and you’ll be among likeminded people who value the commercial and personal benefit of things like partnership, community, and a better work-life balance

Tenant quote

“The greatest gift to us really is what we see out there, the changing of the weather and the seasons. Then we get the animals; we have cattle. When the cattle have had their bit, the sheep come along and have their bit. After that, we have a flock of geese that come along and pick up what’s left. We also see roe deer coming off the hill, so it’s quite idyllic.”
